Universitas perlu memiliki kekhususan dalam nilai manfaat yang ditawarkan kepada peserta didiknya (mahasiswanya), kekhususan yang berbeda antar universitas satu dengan universitas lainnya. Di sinilah tantangannya. Model bisnis setiap universitas perlu berbeda satu sama lain.
